JG-MES is located in the middle execution layer in the enterprise informatization planning. It connects the planning management information of the planning layer, decomposes it into executable tasks, and completes the information feedback to the planning layer; it connects to the control layer to monitor the operation of the underlying automation equipment and transmit it. Run the command requirements, and finally form a closed loop of information. Provide external interfaces with ERP, DMS, SCM, BOM software systems and hardware platforms such as PDA, RFID, PLC, etc., to realize timely transmission of data and information integration.
The JG-MES platform has powerful integration functions and can be integrated with other information systems such as enterprise ERP/PLM/CAPP, such as SAP, UGS and PTC, etc., to create a comprehensive information system for enterprises from the production site to the upper management of the enterprise solution. At the same time, the JG-MES platform can also be integrated with other domestic brands of ERP/PDM/CAPP systems.
